Job Title: Mobile Device Management Specialist

Sharp-Brains seeks a seasoned expert to drive the implementation of a robust mobile device management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage comprehensive MDM systems, ensuring seamless integration with internal applications and tools.
  • Design and deploy streamlined device enrolment processes, including bulk and self-service options, while building and implementing security policies covering encryption, password protocols, permitted applications, remote wipe, and secure connectivity.
  • Configure integration with internal applications and tools, providing support and training resources for end users and IT staff, including onboarding assistance, troubleshooting guides, and escalation procedures.
  • Maintain ongoing oversight of the MDM environment, regularly updating policies and monitoring compliance, device health, and security threats.
  • Architect and configure a mobile-based Android VPN solution to access applications not accessible via public cloud, and provide Tier 2/3 level support for ticket escalated for mobile device management issues.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in MDM system establishment, device enrolment, and security policy implementation. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Android Enterprise is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of a comprehensive mobile device management system that meets the needs of our organization. You will work closely with our IT staff to establish and manage MDM systems, design and deploy device enrolment processes, and configure integration with internal applications and tools.

You will also be responsible for maintaining ongoing oversight of the MDM environment, regularly updating policies and monitoring compliance, device health, and security threats. Additionally, you will architect and configure a mobile-based Android VPN solution to access applications not accessible via public cloud, and provide Tier 2/3 level support for ticket escalated for mobile device management issues.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in MDM system establishment, device enrolment, and security policy implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Android Enterprise.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
