Job Description
About the Role: This Experience Engineer will be responsible for creating engaging and dynamic games using our proprietary AI tool-chain. They will generate, iterate, and judge new game ideas daily to ensure high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative game concepts leveraging internal builders.
  • Evaluate and refine own work through self-assessment and logging of success or failure reasons.
  • Peer review fellow team members' work, including playtesting, ranking, and annotating.
  • Create prompt playbooks to distill winning strategies into reusable templates and documentation.
  • Provide concise bug reports to unblock engineers and optimize the AI.
  • Track engagement metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance user retention.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience with General-AI (ChatGPT, DALL-E/Midjourney, LLM chains).
  • Strong understanding of what makes something fun, as well as ability to articulate it.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to critically evaluate and discard underperforming ideas to focus on top contenders.
  • Bonus skills: basic code (light JS/Lua/React), marketing (social media fluency), or data (basic SQL) proficiency.
