Job Overview:

We are seeking a Training Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and have good analytical skills.

The Training Officer will be responsible for conducting new hire training and soft skills/negotiation skill training. They will also need to complete monthly cyclic activities, including refresher training, update training, and PKT.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to sensitise to training needs and understand the learning requirements of different learning groups.

The successful candidate will work closely with Quality and Operations to identify, screen, and execute process improvement plans.

Accountability for new hires' performance during the OJT period, including attrition, is a critical function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct new hire training and soft skills/negotiation skill training
  • Complete monthly cyclic activities, including refresher training, update training, and PKT
  • Sensitise to training needs and understand learning requirements of different learning groups
  • Liaison with Quality and Operations to identify, screen, and execute process improvement plans
  • Execute training tasks or assignments on short notice
  • Deliver and contribute towards process improvement
  • Take accountability for new hires' performance during the OJT period, including attrition
