Lead Financial Strategist

Our organization is seeking a seasoned finance expert to oversee the overall financial strategy and planning process.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
  • Drive the development and implementation of financial models, forecasting tools, and reporting systems.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external auditors, investors, and partners.

Key Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional certification.
  • At least 15 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably in SaaS or Digital Technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing the finance function, including accounting, financial planning, taxation, and risk management.
  • Providing actionable financial insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Driving budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining effective internal controls.
  • Partnering with business leaders on investment strategies, cost optimization, and business partnering.
