As a pivotal member of our team, this role plays a key part in driving business transformation. Leveraging Salesforce capabilities, including AI tools like Einstein and Agentforce, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Personalization, this position ensures alignment with strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement technical roadmaps for Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce to align with organizational goals, identifying innovative solutions through the Salesforce Platform to drive value realization.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to stakeholders and DevSecOps teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment on innovation initiatives.
  • Plan and execute proof-of-concept pilots to test new Agentforce and Einstein AI capabilities with minimal risk to business continuity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights, understand their needs, and ensure buy-in for innovation projects, co-driving value creation.
  • Educate and support stakeholders on the latest Salesforce AI-based features and best practices, empowering them to innovate and leverage Salesforce tools effectively.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in Salesforce technology.
  • Deliver assigned KPIs to measure initiative success.
  • Enable training for team members to upskill them on AI capabilities and foster a culture of innovation.

This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce's AI capabilities, experience in managing innovation initiatives, and a track record of aligning solutions with organizational goals.
