Job Title: Voice & Chat Support Specialist

As a Voice & Chat Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through both voice and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner via phone or live chat.
  • Provide accurate product information, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, ensuring each customer receives prompt assistance.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes through call logs and chat transcripts for further analysis and record-keeping.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies to provide informed and effective support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
