Job Opportunity: BPO Executive Role

As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for handling various topics by following established communication protocols. This will involve identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions or alternatives.

Upselling products will also be an essential part of your role, where you can seize opportunities to enhance revenue streams.

To achieve this, you must be able to build sustainable relationships with customers by taking the extra mile. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to engage with customers effectively and keep accurate records of conversations in our database.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will need to stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices through regular training sessions.

Requirements :


• You should have prior experience as a BPO Executive or similar role.


• Proficiency in the French language at level B2 or above is required.


• A proven track record of exceeding performance targets.


• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.


• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.


• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.


• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.


• A degree is mandatory.
