Key Responsibilities:

  • Fair understanding of Loan and Debt Market instruments – Term Loans, NCDs, Commercial Paper (Secured, Unsecured, Market linked Instruments), ECB, DA, PTC, etc.

Liaising with Institutions including Public and Private sector Banks, NBFCs, Investors, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, etc. is a key responsibility.

A fair understanding of Legal Documentation and liaising with Lender's legal counsel and in-house legal department, Security Trustees, Rating Agencies and other intermediaries is necessary for the role.

Fair understanding of Financial Modelling is also required.

Job Summary:

This position involves managing financial assets and liabilities, analysing market trends, and developing strategies to optimise treasury performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, instruments and regulations.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash flow, funding requirements, and liquidity
  • Analyse market trends and develop strategies to optimise treasury performance
  • Liaise with external parties, including banks, investors, and regulatory bodies
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with financial transactions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury management or related field
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
