About our Branch Operations Team

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our branch operations team as a Branch Support Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end branch operations, including customer communication, documentation, invoicing, compliance, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend incoming calls at the branch, transfer calls, take messages, and provide information to prospects and customers as required.
  • Manage emails received on the central email ID, including directing, assigning, and responding to queries.
  • Assign iCABS tickets and coordinate with relevant employees for timely status updates.
  • Handle invoice-related activities, including forecasting, suspensions, printing, and distribution.
  • Raise CR Change Request tickets for price decreases.
  • Generate renewal reports and letters for SEs and process renewals at existing or revised pricing.
  • Raise termination requests through the portal as needed.
  • Maintain SHE-related documentation, including fumigation certifications and register updates.
  • Overssee license renewals, ensure compliance, and coordinate for audit readiness.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 3-5 years of experience based on the designation required in Back Office Administration.
  • Proficient in MS-Office G-Suite.
