Job Overview

The Salesforce Senior Developer/Lead collaborates with the project team and client to translate business requirements into working Salesforce solutions.

This role requires a deep familiarity with Salesforce platform configuration and customization, integrating it with other applications or data management platforms.

As a Senior member of a project team, you will mentor junior resources, work with the Technical Lead to assign work to other team members, and use thought leadership and experience to solve difficult technical challenges on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and supporting custom Salesforce applications using Service Cloud, Apex Triggers, Visualforce, or Experience Sites pages.

You will perform Salesforce configuration and administrative functions as required, support the creation of customizations and integrations, and configure the Salesforce application based on business requirements.

Additionally, this role involves developing custom applications using Apex Triggers & Classes, Visualforce, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and Lightning Web Components.

Designing and development of API-driven or Web Service driven system integration on the Salesforce platform is also a key responsibility.

Experience in designing bulk data migration mechanisms on Salesforce is desired, as well as applying best practices and experience to build Salesforce applications.

Develop estimates for projects/user stories and work closely with other developers in the team, business analyst, QA analyst, and project managers.

Research Salesforce capabilities as needed to suit business requirements and provide gap analysis. Understanding and experience of using Salesforce compatible DevOps tools are necessary.

Skills in Angular JS, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, jQuery are a plus.

Requirements
  • At least 5+ years in a consulting function
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science)
  • Minimum 4 years of application design and development experience on Service Cloud
  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing and customizing Salesforce application using APIs, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • Experience of managing implementation with Tools like Copado/Flosum/VSCode, Workbench, Data Loader etc.
  • 2+ years of working with clients and vendors developing solutions and supporting projects from requirements gathering to release management
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications
  • Manage multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years in a consulting function
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Certification
