Job Overview

About the Position:

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive RFE Writers to support our US-based staffing, background verification, and related business processes by drafting, reviewing, and responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other compliance-related documentation. This position is fully remote and requires working night shifts aligned with US hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit, and finalize RFE responses in clear, professional language.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, HR, compliance, and legal teams to gather required documents and supporting evidence.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in all submissions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US staffing, immigration, and background verification requirements.
  • Track and manage deadlines to ensure timely delivery of RFE responses.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in English, Communications, Business, or related field).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in RFE writing, staffing documentation, or compliance writing is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online collaboration tools.
