Senior Vice President of Finance Operations

We are seeking an accomplished Finance Transformation Leader to drive end-to-end service delivery, strategic transformation, and business growth.
- Lead a team of 70–150 finance professionals across multiple locations, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes exceptional client satisfaction and people development.
- Cultivate strong relationships with international stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in R2R, P2P, and I2C services.
Requirements:
- F&A Qualifications: Chartered Accountant preferred or a commerce graduate/postgraduate from a reputable institution.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in F&A operations with extensive hands-on experience in R2R (priority), P2P, and I2C.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage F&A teams of 70–150 FTEs.
- Client Management: Demonstrated success working with international clients, including cross-border collaborations.
- Transformation: Track record of delivering value through process optimization, automation, and analytics.
- Mindset: Agile, analytical, solutions-driven, and proactive.
- Work Model: Comfortable with night shifts and full-time onsite presence in Jaipur.
Preferred Industry Background:
- Financial services, retail brokerage, or BPO/consulting firms managing large-scale F&A portfolios.
- Prior experience handling US-based clients in a high-compliance environment.
