Job Description

Situated at the crossroads of software development and operations, we seek an Engineer who will spearhead system resilience and efficiency. As a trusted expert, you will employ your expertise to develop tools and pipelines that automate manual tasks and streamline deployments.

In this role, you will participate in root cause analysis, lead corrective actions, and prioritize enhancements in our backlog. Your programming and scripting skills will be pivotal in strengthening infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify potential system issues and implement preventive measures to boost resilience.
  • Design and build automation tools and pipelines to eliminate manual effort and enable rapid, secure deployments.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis, drive corrective and preventive actions, and prioritize improvements in the SRE backlog.
  • Apply expertise in programming and scripting to strengthen infrastructure and services.
  • Share knowledge with peers, promote best practices, and drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 2-4 years in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar programming languages.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
Nice to Have:
  • Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or Microsoft Cloud Certified – Professional DevOps Engineer.
  • Experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, or other monitoring/APM tools.
