We are seeking a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our payment systems.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in DevOps automation, enterprise monitoring, and cloud platforms, along with a strong background in Card Payment systems.

Key Responsibilities

Our team is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of critical payment platforms and services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of critical payment platforms and services.
  • Driving root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurrence of incidents.
  • Managing capacity planning, scalability, and performance tuning across cloud and on-prem environments.

We prioritize collaboration and problem-solving skills, as well as hands-on technical skills. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
