Web Development Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of JavaScript and TypeScript, as well as experience with Reactjs, Node.js, and database management systems such as MySQL and MongoDB.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
  • Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
  • Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
  • Implementation of security and data protection
  • Integration of data storage solutions (databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.)

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Firm grasp of the JavaScript and TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
  • Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming
  • Knowledge of Reactjs, Node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express, StrongLoop, etc.
  • Knowledge of Database like Mysql and MongoDB
  • Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code
  • Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
  • Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, IntelliJ
  • Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
  • Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha
  • Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
  • Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS, etc.
  • Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Stylus, Less, etc.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
