This role will sit within our Performance Business Unit. GAIN specializes in data-driven campaigns, ensuring our clients' brands reach the right audience at the right time.

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer who is passionate about creating functional and visually stunning websites. You will be responsible for building and maintaining our web platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for performance.

This role is perfect for someone who loves to code and has experience in both front-end and back-end web development. You will collaborate closely with our design team and other developers to create seamless digital experiences that engage users and drive conversions.

We are actively hiring independent contractors based in the Philippines, ready to take on meaningful, remote work with international clients. You might be a great fit for our network if you're a self-motivated professional who thrives in a flexible work environment.

What you'll do:
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications, ensuring strong functionality and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance website functionality.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement responsive design principles to ensure all applications are mobile-friendly.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues as needed and conduct regular site assessments.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends for web development.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent performance across various devices.
Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in web development with a strong portfolio of projects.

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular or
  • Experience with back-end technologies such as , PHP, or Python.
  • Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience using version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
