Job Description

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments efficiently.

  • Source, screen, and recruit top talent for clinical, pharmaceutical, and biotech positions in the US market.
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate salary and employment terms with candidates.
