Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include utilizing various sourcing tools to identify potential candidates, conducting initial screenings and interviews, coordinating interview schedules, negotiating employment terms, and maintaining accurate candidate records. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring compliance with company and client hiring policies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in US clinical/pharma recruiting, a strong understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and job market dynamics in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Science Domain.
