Senior Image Processing Lead

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to drive cutting-edge image processing projects from concept to deployment.

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers in developing innovative image processing solutions.
  • Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in image analysis, industrial vision, and AI-powered automation. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing deep learning and computer vision algorithms for tasks such as detection, segmentation, tracking, and recognition.

Project Execution:

The selected candidate will oversee the end-to-end pipeline: data acquisition, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment. They will ensure robustness, scalability, and compliance with regulatory or domain-specific standards.

Collaboration & Communication:

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, present results to stakeholders, and support publications/patent filings. They will represent the team in conferences and client meetings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong track record in developing and deploying deep learning models.
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, and related libraries.
  • Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms, and model optimization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in medical imaging, autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial inspection.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data management, annotation strategies, and synthetic data generation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
