Embedded Firmware Engineer

A critical role in developing and optimizing firmware for mission-critical devices that operate in unpredictable environments.

  • This position requires the ability to design firmware that performs reliably, ensuring seamless integration of electronics, sensors, and communication interfaces for IoT, medical, and defense systems.

Firmware Development & Optimization

  • Develop and optimize firmware for real-time embedded systems, focusing on low-power performance in resource-constrained environments.
  • Implement robust drivers for communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, BLE, LoRa).
  • Conduct rigorous debugging, unit testing, and system validation.

Hardware–Firmware Integration

  • Collaborate with hardware engineers on PCB design, power management, and EMI/EMC considerations.
  • Ensure signal integrity, data acquisition accuracy, and robust sensor integration.
  • Support prototyping and bring-up of new boards, ensuring smooth hardware–firmware synchronization.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain detailed technical documentation of code, integration steps, and testing.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for end-to-end system delivery.
  • Participate in design reviews, feasibility studies, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Electrical, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of embedded firmware development experience.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, RTOS, and ARM-based MCUs.
