Job Title: Business Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the day-to-day accounting entries in our system.
  • Handle all accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor payments and customer receipts.
  • Prepare accurate bank reconciliations and monitor daily fund positions to ensure financial stability.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and management information systems reports.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and payments.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and statutory purposes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits.
  • Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting processes.
  • Assist in fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and related schedules.
  • Reconcile ledgers and identify discrepancies to prevent errors.
  • Prepare data for tax computation and filing.
  • Monitor and adhere to regulatory deadlines ensuring timely submissions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Hold a B.Com/M.Com or Semi-qualified CA degree with strong academic credentials.
  • Have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and compliance with a proven track record.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and regulatory requirements.
  • Be proficient in MS Excel skills with the ability to handle large data sets efficiently.
  • Possess attention to detail, strong organizational, and time-management skills with minimal supervision.
  • Be able to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
