Senior Memory Circuit Design Verification Engineer

At Micron, our mission is to transform the way the world uses information to enrich life for all. To achieve this, we're looking for a talented Memory Circuit Design Verification Engineer to join our team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and understanding building block schematics, memory schematics, and running circuit simulation with spice simulators. You will also conduct DC analysis, transient analysis, and decipher circuit behavior from schematics.
We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in Verilog MOS switch level models and netlist simulation with zero delay, unit delay, and path delay simulations. Familiarity with circuit characterization, timing libraries - files and formats, timing arcs, and static timing analysis is a must.
Additionally, you should have hands-on experience in Gate level simulations with SDF back annotation, debugging SDF annotation issues, and ensuring good annotation coverage. You should also be familiar with latch based designs and their timing requirements, as well as debugging Gate level simulation failures and root causing the failures to actual circuits.
A strong understanding of System Verilog Assertions to specify expected design behavior is also essential. UVM experience is a plus.
As a seasoned professional, you should be able to convey complex technical concepts to other design peers in verbal and written form. You should also be able to Gate level simulation, spice correlation, Debug failures and provide fixes at gate or transistor level - as applicable.
