Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Lead to play a crucial role in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and strategies for mobile telecom applications.

The ideal candidate will lead the development of test scripts, maintain the automation framework, and work closely with test teams to improve test efficiency and reduce manual effort.

  • Develop Robust Test Automation Frameworks: Create and maintain test automation frameworks for telco systems, including OSS/BSS, billing, CRM, and network monitoring applications.
  • Define Automation Strategies: Evaluate and select tools and technologies that align with the telecom Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with test leads and domain subject matter experts to identify automation opportunities and prioritize test cases for automation.
