Project Coordination Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to lead our project teams and drive project success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, experience working with cross-functional teams, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices
  • Collaborate with Development, QA, and Cloud teams to understand technical requirements
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables using Azure DevOps and Jira
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track project progress and key performance indicators
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple domains

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in Agile environments
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for project tracking and reporting
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with Development teams, QA, and Cloud teams
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and Scrum ceremonies
  • Experience in dashboard creation and reporting for status updates and KPIs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience across one or more of the mentioned domains
