We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Transformation Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in implementing process improvements and driving efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering Requirements & Analysis:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and supply chain requirements
  • Analyze existing supply chain workflows and identify opportunities for improvement using advanced supply chain planning tools
  • Kinaxis Configuration & Customization:
  • Design and configure Kinaxis applications such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP
  • Develop data models, workflows, and custom scripts to support specific business needs
  • Ensure seamless data flow and high data integrity within Kinaxis
  • Project Delivery & Support:
  • Collaborate with internal and client-side teams for project implementation
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-implementation
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for all technical solutions
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay current with supply chain industry trends and platform updates
  • Identify and implement improvements in existing configurations to enhance user experience and performance

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with advanced supply chain planning tools

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in configuring supply chain modules such as demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization
  • Advanced scripting skills for custom calculations and automation
  • Experience with integrating supply chain systems with ERP, CRM, and WMS systems using APIs and ETL tools
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting, and analytics
  • Proficient in SQL and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is beneficial
  • Experience in Agile project environments using tools like Jira or Asana
