Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a highly passionate and skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to create innovative product experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research and develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture.
  • Present research findings to stakeholders.
  • Create wireframes during the pre-sales and post-sales phases to help clients visualize the user journey.
  • Guide the development team in understanding the user journey and ensuring seamless design handoffs.
  • Design high-quality user interfaces and obtain client approval.
  • Ensure the development team has all necessary design assets in a timely manner.
  • Closely review development builds and provide feedback to ensure UX/UI recommendations are met.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Confidence, organization, humility, patience, soft-spokenness, quick learning, and a drive to excel.
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile app development projects.
  • Understanding of human interface guidelines.
  • Basics knowledge of the app development process.
  • Ability to generate new concepts and help clients innovate.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Figma.
  • Design thinking.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodologies (a plus).
