Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered and innovative design solutions with measurable outcomes for users and the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create seamless transitions between design and fulfillment experiences.
  • Contribute to the user experience of the design to life flow from conception to launch, utilising user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading designs.
  • Be hands-on at every stage of the design process, from discovery through detailed design, execution, and iteration, creating user flows, wireframes, pixel perfect designs, and prototypes.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional team members and collaborators around product problems, solutions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
  • Work with data, consumer insights, and UX research partners for foundational guidance on product direction and new concept validation.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer, preferably in the B2C e-commerce space.
  • A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross functional peers, including designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Experience leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative data to inspire simple design solutions and decisions to complex customer and business problems.
