Web Developer Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned web developer with extensive experience in building secure, fast and visually stunning websites using web technologies such as Webflow.

This role requires a developer who can leverage these tools to deliver custom, scalable and professional-grade websites that meet international standards. We need someone who is experienced in creating advanced web applications with custom animations, responsive layouts, integrations and performance optimization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create professional websites that are clean, modern and fully customized.
  • Ensure all sites are optimized for speed, mobile, tablet and desktop compatibility.
  • Use Webflow's advanced animation tools to create smooth, engaging user experiences.
  • Build scalable structures for blogs, listings and content-heavy sites.
  • Implement third-party APIs, booking systems, CRMs and marketing automation tools.
  • Set up secure online stores, subscriptions and payment gateways.
  • Evaluate site security and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Apply SEO best practices for maximum visibility.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of proven experience building advanced websites.
  • Strong expertise in Webflow Designer & CMS.
  • Familiarity with Webflow animations and interactions.
  • Understanding of custom embeds (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) inside Webflow.
  • Experience with e-commerce functionality within Webflow.
  • API integration knowledge with Webflow.
  • Knowledge of web security and safe data handling.
  • Experience with responsive design principles.
  • Strong grasp of SEO and performance optimization.
  • Professional-level English communication skills.
  • A portfolio of at least 3–4 advanced Webflow projects.
