Senior Quality Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Professional to drive continuous improvement in transaction quality and delivery.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing claim quality and client-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Evaluate effectiveness of Transactional Quality (TQ) interventions.
  • Strengthen quality management processes/framework to improve quality delivery.
  • Capture Service Level Agreement/Service Level Objective (SLA/SLO) metrics and report needs of all clients.
Responsibilities:

This role involves:

  1. Managing claim quality and client-related KPIs.
  2. Evaluating effectiveness of TQ interventions.
  3. Strengthening quality management processes/framework to improve quality delivery.
  4. Capturing SLA/SLO metrics and reporting needs of all clients.
  5. Generating and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  6. Driving process control and compliance.
  7. Supporting quality and compliance teams with COPC, FMEA, PFCU audits.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in International Voice Process.
  • Strong working knowledge of quality matrices.
  • Excellent transactional quality domain knowledge.
  • Good working knowledge of TTQ systems/tools/technologies.
  • Knowledge of analyzing, driving improvement, and innovation.

This role involves working in a virtual environment with occasional office visits required.
