We are seeking an accomplished Technology Transfer Solutions Leader to drive the development of innovative technology solutions for the life sciences industry.

This role requires deep industry expertise, product development knowledge, and the ability to translate complex scientific requirements into effective technology solutions.

  • Lead the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for our technology transfer solutions portfolio
  • Collaborate with top-tier life sciences organizations to understand their technology transfer challenges and needs
  • Translate complex scientific and regulatory requirements into comprehensive product specifications
  • Prioritize features and capabilities based on market demands, regulatory requirements, and business objectives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and sales
  • Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of product increments
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for technology transfer processes and methodologies
  • Evaluate competitive offerings and maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications-

  • 10-13 years of experience in the life sciences industry, with specific focus on technology transfer processes
  • Demonstrated experience working with top-tier pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device companies
  • Strong understanding of GxP regulations, particularly as they relate to technology transfer
  • Experience with product management methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, JIRA, etc)
  • Proven track record of successfully launching technology solutions for life sciences applications
  • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing processes and the challenges of technology transfer
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives in regulated environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelors degree in a scientific or technical field required; Advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD) preferred
