• Collaborating with clients to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust marketing strategies to achieve these targets
• Providing thought leadership and strategic insights to clients on leveraging AI-driven marketing solutions
• Planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels
• Monitoring campaign performance and providing regular reports to clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth
• Presenting and communicating complex performance data in a clear and actionable manner
• Working closely with internal product, data science, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of AI solutions
• Staying updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in performance marketing

Requirements & Skills:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, programmatic, and display
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning in marketing is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in analysing data to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding client expectations
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
