Job Title: Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating between employees and customers, taking feedback on previous day's work, and planning daily schedules.

  • Manpower allocation on a day-to-day basis based on callbacks received.
  • Carrying out annual equipment surveys of all elevators under the territory and planning repair schedules as a preventive method.
  • Conducting NIS before taking over new construction and modernization jobs.
  • Conducting toolbox talks with employees.
  • Making employees aware of safe work practices and conducting fatality preventive audits/toolbox demonstrations.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly review reports.
  • Ensuring timely closure of T/repair orders.
  • Monitoring ways to reduce callbacks, especially top ten calls received/random checks for quality.
  • Adhering to EH&S policies and practices.
Requirements
  • Diploma/BE in Engineering
  • 5-8 years of experience in handling service in the elevator industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Assertive, proactive, result-oriented, and self-starter
  • Ability/confidence to handle high-profile key customers
