Job Title: Cloud Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will provide technical support and services around cloud platforms, including troubleshooting and best practices observations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical services around cloud technologies, including troubleshooting and best practices observations for cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to influence the operability of cloud services and their integrations with other technologies
  • Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
  • Perform fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
  • Publish technical documentation in the Knowledge Base to assist customers and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • BE/B.Tech engineering or equivalent technical degree required
  • Customer Support experience in a Technical Assistance Center (TAC) or direct support/consulting roles with customers
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Linux and API troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure, or CKA)
  • Familiarity with container security tools (e.g., Twistlock)
  • Knowledge of network security, cloud security, or vulnerability management
