Senior Engineering Team Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Team Manager to lead our engineering teams in developing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive project success.

  • Design and develop robust software architecture using multiple backend technologies.
  • Lead large engineering teams to build complex applications with cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Provide solutions architecture support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in technical implementations.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in at least two of the following tech stacks: Reactjs OR MERN, Python, or Ruby on Rails. Strong experience in designing and developing high-performance applications is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience working with multiple backend technologies.
  • Strong experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following tech stacks: Reactjs OR MERN, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with design patterns and best software architecture practices.
