Job Title: Information Security Risk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to conduct thorough risk assessments across various products, platforms, processes, and changes. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential risks and threats to our organization.

Risk Assessment Process:

  • Identification: Determine the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
  • Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of identified risks to determine their level of risk associated with each threat.
  • Evaluation: Evaluate the results of the analysis and document all impacted assets, threats, existing controls, vulnerabilities, and consequences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk treatment plans to mitigate or retain identified risks.
  • Communicate results and treatment plans to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and trigger re-reviews when assets, threats, or vulnerabilities change.
  • Report posture and trends at required cadence.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in InfoSec risk, GRC, or audit with heavy assessment operations focus.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with NIST RMF (SP 800-37), NIST 800-30, and control catalogs.
  • Proven ability to follow a defined process with high accuracy and stamina.
  • Strong written communication skills for treatment plans, acceptance memos, and stakeholder updates.
  • Hands-on experience with GRC/risk tools such as ServiceNow, Archer, OneTrust, and custom trackers.
  • Comfortable assessing application/service changes, infrastructure, and vendors using structured questionnaires and evidence.
  • Basic data chops for slicing risk data and monitoring queues.
