Job Title: Mobile Device Management Specialist

Job Description:

The Mobile Device Management Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless integration of mobile devices within an organization. This position requires a strong background in Mobile Device Management and Android Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Device Enrolment Process: Establish a streamlined device enrolment process for corporate mobile devices, including bulk and self-service options.
  • Security Policies: Build and implement security policies, covering encryption, password protocols, permitted applications, remote wipe, and secure connectivity to internal resources.
  • Integration and Configuration: Configure integration with internal Entra applications and tools, establishing secure authentication and authorization for mobile users.
  • MDM Environment Oversight: Maintain ongoing oversight of the MDM environment, regularly updating policies and monitoring compliance, device health, and security threats.
Additional Requirements:
  • Android VPN Solution: Architect and configure a mobile-based Android VPN solution to access applications not accessible via public cloud.
  • Tier 2/3 Support: Provide Tier 2/3 level support for ticket escalated for Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrolment/management/imaging issues escalated from front-line IT teams and other internal IT resources during the Hypercare period.
