Business Process Migration Specialist

The role of Business Process Migration Specialist involves the development, management, and optimization of complex business process migrations. This requires a deep understanding of data engineering concepts, particularly in the context of ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain efficient ETL/ELT processes to manage and transform large datasets
  • Build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies) so the thought process becomes second nature
  • Own the end-to-end process, including the injection of new data into production environments and supporting customer success
  • Establish clear, efficient processes for data handling and write documentation for end-to-end pipeline management

Requirements:

  • Experienced applicants must have conducted +20 customer migrations and possess internal migration experience
  • All applicants must have customer migration experience and internal migration experience
