Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 & MS Exchange Administration:

  • Administer the full Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Maintain and support Microsoft Exchange Online, including mailbox creation, transport rules, retention policies, and email security.
  • Configure Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Intune for identity and device management.

Network & Firewall Management:

  • Administer internal/external network setup, secure VPNs for remote developers, and Wi-Fi configurations.
  • Monitor and manage firewall appliances (SonicWall/Fortinet), set access control rules, and ensure perimeter security.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure the integrity and availability of network services.

Hardware & Asset Support:

  • Oversee procurement, installation, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Maintain detailed hardware/software inventory and ensure timely upgrades and replacements.
  • Provide direct L1/L2 support to team members for Windows/Linux/Mac systems as needed.

Website & Domain Management:

  • Supervise public and internal website management, including staging environments and hosting platforms.
  • Handle domain registration, SSL certificate management, DNS settings, and overall website uptime.
  • Work with developers or agencies to ensure website patches and CMS updates are applied on time.

Security & Compliance:

  • Implement IT security policies, access control procedures, and backup & disaster recovery strategies.
  • Conduct regular endpoint and infrastructure vulnerability assessments.
  • Collaborate with security and DevOps teams to maintain a secure code and development environment.

Vendor Management & Team Supervision:

  • Lead the IT support team and manage third-party vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and smooth delivery of support services across departments.
  • Maintain updated AMC records, licensing information, and vendor agreements.

Strategic Planning & Management Reporting:

  • Presentation of detailed IT performance reports, incident logs, and project updates to senior management.
  • Forecast future infrastructure needs in line with the organization's scaling roadmap.
  • Contribute to budgeting, IT audits, and business continuity planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience managing IT systems in a software development or IT services environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Microsoft Exchange Online, Azure AD, Intune, and security center.
  • Proficient in managing firewalls, VPNs, routers/switches, and internet connectivity.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
