
Senior Campus Placement Strategist

The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience in campus placements, extensive industry connections, and a profound understanding of fresher recruitment processes—especially in rapidly growing domains like Data Science, Analytics, and Software Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Outreach: Establish connections with corporates in the respective regions and facilitate opportunities for freshers across campuses and online bootcamp programs
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with hiring teams by engaging with corporates
- Industry Networking: Leverage existing recruiter relationships and networks to open doors for new hiring partnerships
- Employer Engagement: Conduct high-quality, consultative discussions with recruiters to understand hiring needs and position our learner pool effectively
- Recruitment Coordination: Oversee the entire recruitment process lifecycle—JD sharing, student shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution
- Experience: 3-4 years as a TPO or in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college/B-school
- Domain Exposure: Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is a significant advantage
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage recruiters, internal teams, and students with equal effectiveness
- Process-Oriented: Strong grasp of campus hiring workflows and placement operations
- Result-Oriented: Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomes
