Architectural Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to lead our campus infrastructure projects, requiring a bachelor's degree in Architecture and 7-10 years of experience in educational/large-scale institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop master plans and architectural designs for academic buildings and university facilities.
  • Incorporate modern educational infrastructure concepts, smart classrooms, and collaborative spaces.
  • Ensure optimal space utilization with scalability for future growth.
  • Comply with AICTE, UGC, NAAC, NBA norms and state/local building codes.
  • Obtain necessary approvals from municipal and statutory authorities.
  • Implement universal accessibility across campus.
  • Design eco-friendly and energy-efficient infrastructure, promoting green campus practices.
  • Integrate smart building technologies for energy and resource conservation.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • Registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA), India.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience, preferably in educational/large-scale institutional projects.
  • Proven experience in campus planning, sustainable design, and project execution.
