Compliance Specialist

The role of Compliance Analyst is a pivotal position within the Enterprise Compliance and Risk Management department. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for complaint management, ensuring adherence to policy guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include reviewing and assisting in the triage of complaints, coordinating with legal and business partners on remediation efforts, and conducting monitoring and testing activities to ensure compliance with established procedures.
A strong analytical mindset is essential for this role, as the Compliance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data and identifying trends and risks to inform prompt issue resolution and minimize organizational risk.
