Wet Etch Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Wet Etch Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our operations team. This key role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of wet etch equipment in our semiconductor wafer fabrication facility.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of corrective & preventive maintenance of 200/300mm wet benches (SES, DNS, FSI Zeta) & single wafer processing tools.
  • Perform robot teaching & adjustments for the above-mentioned tools.
  • Ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of WET etch equipment's.
  • Plan, procure consumables, and manage parts inventory effectively.
  • Carry out complex troubleshooting, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve tool issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge on Brooks & Assyst SMIFs.
  • Execute all tasks safely with good housekeeping practices.
  • Familiarity with Mitsubishi/Omron PLC is an added advantage.
  • Experience in sub-systems like CDS, DI heaters, Ozone generators, and chillers.
  • Show a good understanding of chemical safety principles.
  • Eligibility Criteria:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance is required.
  • Possession of a degree or diploma in engineering with relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • A positive attitude & ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
