Job Responsibilities: The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for automating software build and deployment processes, designing and implementing CICD pipeline development, and ensuring permanent resolution of recurring issues within defined SLAs.

  • Automate software build and deployment processes.
  • Design and implement CICD pipeline development tailored to meet specific environment needs and requirements.
  • Ensure accountability for permanent resolution of recurring issues within defined SLAs.

The ideal candidate should possess 8 to 10 years of IT experience with hands-on expertise in CICD pipeline, DevOps tools & site reliability practices.

They should also have excellent database knowledge with indexing, performance tuning, and query optimization skills, excellent skills in Linux, networking, and firewall configurations.

Additionally, they should have experience in production monitoring systems, DevOps tools like Docker, Git, Kubernetes etc., DevOps - infrastructure as code, containerization, and automation of infrastructure provisioning.

Excellent knowledge of ITIL version 4 with thorough understanding of problem management life cycle, root cause analysis, and permanent resolution, change management, and incident management process is required.
