Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Architect to join our team.

  • This is a hands-on role for a proactive and adaptable Senior IT Architect Engineer to blend daily support with project delivery.

You'll resolve complex issues, drive architectural initiatives, and champion best practices with a focus on ownership and independent problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for core infrastructure (Windows, VMware, Linux).
  • Own technical issues from incident to resolution.
  • Deliver solutions aligned with architectural designs and project needs.
  • Recommend and implement infrastructure improvements.
  • Support backup, recovery, and Disaster Recovery operations.
  • Collaborate on new infrastructure and cloud platform rollouts.
  • Document systems, processes, and configurations.
  • Explore and implement emerging technologies.
  • Take initiative and contribute to a culture of mentorship and shared learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ~5+ years in IT infrastructure engineering.
  • ~ Strong hands-on expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi clustering, vCenter, NSX, and Linux.
  • ~ Solid troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, VMware, and automated environments.
  • ~ Good working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
  • ~ Proficiency with Veeam (backup policy design, recovery, DR).
  • ~ Strong scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Puppet).
  • ~ Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
  • ~ Self-motivated, independent, and effective as both a mentor and learner.
