Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Achieve exceptional quality standards in software development by leading QA efforts and collaborating with engineers to deliver high-quality features.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement test plans, ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria.
- Work closely with the engineering team to understand product architecture and functionality.
- Own release deliverables, multitask to ensure timely completion, and generate QA artifacts.
- Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with the development team to resolve issues.
- Prepare and configure test environments, including software installations and configurations.
- Conduct exploratory testing to find defects that might not be covered by test cases.
- Deploy microservices applications in Engineering environment and support SRE teams for production releases.
- Improve processes for test plan reviews and ensure thoroughness of test scenarios.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in functional and automating testing of SAAS products and leading teams of 3-5 engineers.
- Mastery of public or private Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Certification of AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in test automation of multi-tier Enterprise and/or Cloud, SaaS applications.
- Experience with microservices architecture using Kubernetes and Docker containers.
- Functional UI and API automation experience.
- Linux knowledge is essential.
- Experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Oracle DB is a plus.
