Job Title: Senior Product Development Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design and development, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.

This role is responsible for developing product platforms, coordinating with engineering, marketing, production, and sales departments, and evaluating design concepts for manufactured products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop OSG, Mobility Product, and Healthcare Product
  • Create detailed product designs, prototypes, and testing plans
  • Direct and coordinate R&D teams for sampling and prototyping
  • Modify and refine designs based on production limitations and design trends
  • Evaluate feasibility of design ideas based on factors such as appearance, function, comfort, budget, production costs/methods, and market characteristics
  • Develop product platform strategy and participate actively in the CFT team
  • Present designs and reports to the Managing Director for approval
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of product design and development
  • Effective exposure in vendor development and maintaining quality standards
  • Knowledge of the medical field (an added advantage)
