The Mortgage Underwriting Specialist role involves reviewing, conditioning and underwriting mortgage loans in accordance with established policies and procedures and appropriate guidelines; examining all documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Job Requirements: -

4 years and above experience in live underwriting and real-time analysis is required.

Education Qualification:-

Degree or equivalent qualification is necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications: -

 Expertise in the 4C's framework (Credit, Capacity, Collateral and Capital) is essential.

 Familiarity with credit report analysis and LOX (Letter of Explanation) is necessary.

 Knowledge of credit bureau documents and loan approval processes is required.
