
Support Operations Associate

Take charge of expense management and ensure smooth financial activities with an organization as a Support Operations Administrator.
About the RoleYour key responsibility involves assessment of timesheets and expenses received, conducting thorough reviews, working closely with sales/contractors for corrections, and receiving timely approvals from clients and sharing them with the payroll teams as per the required filing convention for further processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Thoroughly review timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client-specific checklists.
- Review expense sheets and verify receipts received, ensuring final amount tallies.
- Communicate directly with contractors or sales teams for discrepancies in expense sheets and receipts submitted.
- Manage payroll-related queries by analyzing data and preparing in-depth overviews of issues.
- Ensure all emails received in shared inboxes are processed according to deadlines and urgency levels. Emails must be responded to within 24 hours or receipt.
- Save expense sheets and receipts as per the filing convention required by Payroll teams and seek approvals from client/managers without impacting turnaround time.
- Work according to the payroll schedule to ensure no delays in payments.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the manager.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency of timesheet and expense review processes.
