We are seeking a meticulous and solution-focused Project Manager / Requirements Analyst to lead our projects.

This role serves as a vital bridge between development teams, project stakeholders, and users by documenting requirements and detailed technical specifications. The selected candidate will oversee projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

This position offers flexible remote work arrangements.

  • Transform incoming project requests into detailed requirements and/or specifications.
  • Review requirements with stakeholders to achieve consensus before development commences.
  • Collaborate with website development teams to manage scope, schedule, and quality of projects.
  • Partner with Enterprise teams on integrated projects.
  • Present project deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure project expectations are met.
">Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent education and experience required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of product management experience with strong project management expertise is necessary.
  • Ability to work US hours due to collaboration with US stakeholders.
  • Experience with content management systems and website user experience is essential.
  • Strong organizational and English communication skills are required.
  • A data-driven approach with the ability to complete analytics to inform roadmaps is desired.
  • Capacity to maintain a calm demeanor while resolving issues.
