About Us:
We're seeking a skilled Performance Testing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the performance and reliability of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine non-functional requirements through collaboration with business stakeholders and architects.
- Derive NFRs based on discussions with business and architecture teams.
- Create performance test scenarios for various types (peak, soak, stress) and advanced types (spike, scalability).
- Utilize JMeter (API), LoadRunner (UI), and other tools to conduct performance testing.
- Monitor performance using Appd/Graphana tools.
- Work with Postman for API and understand endpoints/payloads.
- Document performance test plans and summaries for stakeholders.
- Conduct performance testing for on-premises and cloud-based software solutions.
- Manage test estimation, test data setup, and defect management.
- Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Jenkins, or GitLab.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in testing concepts/standards & Agile methodology.
- Basic knowledge on infrastructure capacity planning.
- Experience in Banking domain.
- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure & performance metrics.
